1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or submitting a reservation request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This site is operated by Vsolwit Industries Pvt. Ltd. for the ESKATII brand.

2. Reservation (Batch 01)

A reservation of ₹500 secures your slot in Batch 01 (20 boards). The listed MRP is ₹100,000 (excl. of taxes unless stated otherwise). This token is not payment in full for the board and is adjusted against the price. We will confirm the final price before you decide whether to pay the remaining balance; no additional amount is charged without your approval. The balance is only due when your board is ready to ship - you will receive a ready-to-ship email with the amount due and payment link.

3. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel your reservation before production of your board begins and receive a full refund of the ₹500 token. We notify you on the day production begins. To cancel, contact our support team at adventure@eskatii.com with your order ID. If you cancel after production begins, the token is not refunded. If you do not pay the balance within 15 days of the ready-to-ship message, the slot is released and the token is forfeited. No remaining balance is charged without your approval. 4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices for future batches at any time.

5. Warranty

The ESKATII Mk1 is covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as described on our Warranty & Returns page.

6. Limitation of liability

Electric skateboarding carries inherent risk. Always wear the included helmet, ride within your ability, and follow local traffic laws. ESKATII and Vsolwit Industries Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse of the product.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
