1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or submitting a Pre-book or Pre-order request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This site is operated by Vsolwit Industries Pvt. Ltd. for the ESKATII brand.

2. Pre-booking

A Pre-book reserves your place in line for an ESKATII Mk1 for a fee of ₹999. This fee is non-refundable and secures your priority access to Pre-order the Mk1. Pre-booking does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

3. Pre-ordering

A Pre-order confirms your purchase of an ESKATII Mk1 at the listed price and reserves priority delivery. Payment is collected in full (or as otherwise stated at checkout) at the time of pre-order via our payment gateway partner.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices for future orders at any time.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Pre-book fees (₹999) are non-refundable. Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund of the order amount, less any non-recoverable payment gateway charges. See our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for details.

6. Warranty

The ESKATII Mk1 is covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as described on our Warranty & Returns page.

7. Limitation of liability

Electric skateboarding carries inherent risk. Always wear the included helmet, ride within your ability, and follow local traffic laws. ESKATII and Vsolwit Industries Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse of the product.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
