ESKATII is a product of Vsolwit Industries Pvt. Ltd. (registered office: 3rd Floor, Invento Co-working space, Sector 12B Dwarka, New Delhi 110078, India). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, including our Pre-order and Pre-book forms.

2. What we collect

When you pre-book or pre-order an ESKATII Mk1, we collect the information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. If you pre-order, payment is processed by our payment gateway partner — we do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.

3. How we use your information

• To process your pre-book reservation or pre-order and keep you updated on its status.
• To send a confirmation email from connect@vsolwit.com and, where necessary, contact you about your order.
• To provide customer support when you reach out via WhatsApp or email.
• To improve the ESKATII product and this website.

4. Where your data is stored

Order details you submit are securely transmitted to a private Google Sheet used internally by our team to manage orders — this sheet is never made public. Submissions are protected in transit (HTTPS) and validated server-side before being recorded.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) our payment gateway, solely to process your pre-order payment; (b) Google, as our Sheets/Workspace infrastructure provider; and (c) our email delivery provider, solely to send order confirmations. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@eskatii.com. Where applicable under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential, first-party mechanisms (such as a session token to protect forms from abuse) — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
