Orders & Shipping
Pre-order customers are fulfilled in the order they confirm, with priority delivery ahead of general availability. You'll get tracking details by email once your board ships.
Yes — we ship pan-India. Delivery timelines and any regional charges are confirmed by email after checkout.
Board & Battery
Up to 35+ km on a single charge, depending on rider weight, terrain and riding mode.
The Mk1 is built to handle rain and wet roads (IP-rated enclosure), but it isn't designed for submersion — avoid deep standing water.
Remote & App
Firmware updates are pushed periodically — connect your remote via the update cable and follow the on-screen prompts.
Only use the ESKATII-supplied charger. Third-party chargers can damage the battery and will void your warranty.
Safety & Riding
Yes — always. Every Mk1 ships with an ESKATII helmet, and we strongly recommend wearing it on every ride.
The Mk1 is rated for riders up to 100 kg without a meaningful drop in performance.
Warranty & Returns

The Mk1 carries a manufacturer warranty covering the deck, battery, motor and electronics against manufacturing defects.

No — the ₹999 pre-book fee is non-refundable. It secures your priority spot for early access to pre-order the ESKATII Mk1.
